I used to think being a "Forbes-trained, luxury hospitality professional" was what made a good real estate agent. Turns out, that whole world is just an exhausting performance—wearing a mask, forcing eye contact, smiling through burnout, and pretending to love unexpected phone calls just to chase a commission check. I was wrong. And honestly, trying to fit into that mold nearly broke me.

My name is Matthew. I’m a late diagnosed AuDHD, that is also navigating OCD and C-PTSD, and I am entirely done pretending to be a slick corporate shark!

I am a native Arizonan and a licensed agent brokered by Real Broker AZ, but my practice doesn't look anything like traditional real estate. I built this business for brains like mine, and for anyone else who is tired of being rushed, overwhelmed, and misunderstood by a system that only cares about speed and sales volume.
