I didn't start in real estate. I started in high-pressure operations.
Before I became a REALTOR®, I managed multimillion-dollar operations across hospitality, residential property management, and fast-casual brands. I've overseen teams at Forbes Five-Star resorts and Disney's flagship properties. I've managed portfolios of 5,000+ Arizona homes. I've negotiated vendor contracts, optimized budgets, and delivered results when the stakes were high.
That experience taught me how to see details others miss, anticipate what clients need before they ask, and protect investments like they're my own. It also gave me something most agents don't have: the ability to treat real estate like a business, not a hobby.
Where It All Started
My respect for discipline and precision goes back further than my career. I grew up in the Civil Air Patrol, where I first learned what it means to serve with integrity, show up prepared, and execute under pressure. Those values stuck with me. They shaped how I lead teams, how I run operations, and now, how I serve my clients.
