Not every home has four walls. Sometimes it has fur, whiskers, and a story. When I started Annwn Real Estate, I knew I wanted my business to stand for more than transactions and numbers. That same sense of home is what inspires my partnership with Suncatcher Sanctuary, a small, volunteer-run rescue here in Phoenix that provides lifelong care for special-needs cats who may never be adopted. These incredible animals might not fit the world’s definition of “perfect,” but they still deserve comfort, stability, and love. That’s why, for every home I help someone buy or sell, I personally donate $100 to Suncatcher Sanctuary to help fund food, medical care, and shelter for the cats who call it home. Because finding home means something different to all of us — and everyone deserves the chance to feel safe, warm, and loved.
